I was fired, because I made too many mistakes, Unfortunately. It was my fault and I accept full responsibility for the mistakes I made, even though I was unsure I shoud'lve asked.

So my advice to anybody is dont dive in head first :)

I don't I will, It seems I'm just not cut out for it, and I'm mature enough to admit that I was reckless and irresponsible and I dived in head first without following the correct procedures. It was my fault and sometimes you just have to accept your mistakes.

When I was on trial I got the majority of infractions I gave reversed and I'm still here now. You shouldn't have been fired for that if that's the case.
