i got a ban for no reason i was in drome just bought a camera then they banned me for no reasonheres a screenie

i am disgraced and want a hobba to un ban this ban and my name cleared this is stupid they said no reason all i did was buy a camera from cat and got kicked grrh i want to know what to do and how to get my name cleared and plus it says web chat 1 i was not on msn to i was talking to seacat even ask him i di not attempt to web chat

I seriously doubt you can get it back, you know how bad their customer services are. You have to email them.

4. Hobba's cannot unban , only Habbo Staff so contact them!

There were a lot of people in there asking for other people's MSN and if they had webcam, maybe the Hobba came in typed their command and clicked on you instead of the offender, which made you get banned. Personally I didn't even see you mention MSN so they must have done something wrong.

Like bigbutsound it's best you send an email to GSC with the URL he provided, if they don't have evidence to back it up then the ban should be removed with your record cleared. :)

yes thank you seacat and he is right there were lots of ppl asking for stuff on msn but i dont realy go on msn and plus i didnt even mention anything about it

Well because they cannot do anything , hobba's cannot unban , MOD's can but are not supposed to without an office staffs pomition so your call will have just been skipped. Contact the offices and that is all you can do , oh and do not send an e-mail from a hotmail account.

i think they have the most appalling staff habbo and arnt very helpful i have sent a formal email to them to get an un ban and my name clear clearly this is an unfair ban

If you're really stuck for ideas and what everyone else has said didn't work, send them a letter by post.

GS is terrible I think, if you send them letters then they won't pass it by so easily.

That's only if you've used every option.

This kind of thing has happened to me twice now - I got banned once for scamming, when I redirected somebody to scambusters. It wasn't easy to get it sorted neither - because no staff listened to me at all, and just said use contact form, and when I did - no reply.

I understand that the GSC is busy and stuff - but they are being paid for it, and it is their job. I've been on Habbo for around 2-3 years and have probably contacted them quite a few times - never had a reply once.
