Hm, it has potential. If you made the black bar go all the way along and shortened the banner, and fixed the pixel errors then it'd be nicer!

You might want to remove that link as if I had to guess I would have said this person would have stole it from DJ on CHF not vice-versa as he can actually do layouts.
