If not, may I suggest Purple Surge?

Here's a nice code that can be placed into a "Chat" option up on our navbar, between Blogs and FAQ.
Of course, admins would have to be assigned.
+q = Chat Owner (Assign site owners this rank)
+o = Operator (Assign Super Mods this rank)
+a = Admin (Assign Mods this rank)
+h = Half-admin (Assign junior mods this rank)
+v = Voiced (Can be used for long-time visitors)

(Don't mind the "serebii.net/chat" thing. That only makes the Java applet work.)

I don't know how to do IRC's.

I know Java. Java's my thing.

The chat room on my website, located here: http://tkwpureownage.webs.com/chat.htm only took 5 minutes to set up and adding a mod is even easier.

Chat's are pointless and distract people from a forum. If it was at the top of the page no one would use it because once they've sent a message many other members would have posted so your message, as well as many others, would not appear.

I prefer the forum w/o a chat , just like Gomme said it distracts you from the forum.
