I use to. I'd feel the need to go and smoke yet I don't and haven't ever smoked and I just ignored it and it went.

I doubt it's actually a physical craving for cigarettes since you've only ever had one, but more of you having a mental blot where cigarettes are the only thing that comes to mind when you dwell on the reason why you're mind conjures the particular(s). Don't give in whatever you do.

I agree, I don't think it's possible to become physically/mentally addicted to nicotine after having it once, especially since it was a few months ago.

I stopped smoking in year 9. I ws a noob at it and smoked around 1-2 a day, because i couldnt get served and no one in my family smokes.

Year 12 i still get cravings, especially when im stressed. When i turned 16 i knew i'd nd up smoking if i got ID, but then the age went up and saved me for another 2 years.

But even after 1 cig, you can have massiv cravings not just for the nicotine, but for the image too. If your constaly surrounded by cigs them you are gunna get big cravings

If you get cravings for foods, that's quite normal (I think).

OMG YOUR PREGNANT.

Jokes, getting craving for food is normal, we all experience it. And, like said, it's probably just random cravings.

Oh dear. For future reference, it's nicotine.

If you're referring to the agent that helps you stop, it's the same thing and it's not a sweet.

I recently gone through what you're in now, try keep your mind off it.

Do you feel heavy or light & get headaches?

and you haven't smoked either? yeah it's well weird.

yep when the cravings come on strong i get a headache.
but i've had a lot of headaches the past few days, i don't know if it's coincidence or they're connected.

I smoked loads the past previous nights, but it just blew over.
don't start smoking tho, you'll regret it.
