I do believe you need to add another line:
"Account trading and selling money is strictly forbidden"
Selling money in RuneScape for real money is ILLEGAL and accounts are BANNED for doing it.

You are mistaken.
Let me read you the section of the rules.
Rule 12 - REAL WORLD TRADING!!!
RuneScape items must only be exchanged for other items/services within the game.
1. Why do we have this rule?
We have this rule for three reasons: Firstly, because we don’t want you to be able to buy your way to success in our games. If we let players start doing this it devalues our games for other players. We feel your status in real-life shouldn’t affect your ability to be successful in the game. Secondly, we cannot monitor the transactions made between players outside the game, and if players swap items for external benefits we can’t see, to us it looks like an unbalanced suspicious trade. Thirdly, often when players attempt to break this rule and sell items for real cash the items are actually stolen, so you could even end up getting in trouble for receiving stolen property. If you purchased an account you might find it suddenly returned to the original rightful owner and yourself out of pocket.
2. Isn’t it up to me what I do with my items & account?
No, the terms and conditions state that your character, account and items are, and remain, the property of Jagex.
3. I have seen an account for sale on ebay, what should I do?
Please rest assured that members of Jagex staff check all known auction sites on a daily basis to ensure that no accounts are sold via an online auctioning web site. It should be remembered that all accounts (and items) remain the property of Jagex at all times, and we will not hesitate to remove such items from our games if we have evidence that rule breaking has taken place.
4. Am I allowed to accept a forum signature as payment for an item?
Forum signatures are not items or services in-game, therefore you are not able to accept these as payment for an item in-game.
To keep RuneScape enjoyable for everyone please observe and follow this rule. We will not tolerate disruptive players, and if you break our rules your account is likely to be banned. Members who are banned for breaking our rules are not entitled to any sort of refund.

EVERY GOLD FARMING SITE THAT SOLD PEOPLE GOLD HAS BEEN EITHER SHUT DOWN OR SCREWED OVER.
When Jagex instituted the new gold trading limits, all the gold farming sites were SCREWED.
They had to resort to claiming they would "train your account and get the gold for you, after you leave your account with them" which to be honest, only an idiot like you would do.

Illagal runescape trading has been happening on this forum for years, some people get banned for it. We're a habbo fansite and play by habbo's rules, not jagex's :)

Habbox used to ban all illegal activities and I think its a shame it was changed. The forum lost a lot of credibility doing that I believe.

Not that long Alex - it was in force when I was a Smod and quite a while after that. I would say about 9 months ago?

Well if you don't play by Jagex's rules, then take down the RuneScape forums for god sakes. You and other forums like Sythe.org are encouraging illegal crap like this.

You have to be careful with using the word illegal. Just because Runescape doesn't want people to trade their items for money, it doesn't mean it is against the law. We are not obliged by law to follow the rules that Runescape makes for their users. All it means is that Runescape can ban users that break their rules.
In other words, it's illegal by Runescape, not illegal by law.
The reason we don't allow members to trade Runescape accounts is not because it is against their rules, but because it's very easy to get scammed as the original owner can try to get their account back later. In general we don't forbid things on this forum just because Runescape doesn't want their members to do it. We only forbid things when they can only be abused by scammers.

Yes sorry I mistook this for the other thread. I agree there is nothing illegal about Runescape and actually meant the activities that were illegal although I do think it would be good to support Jagex again as we used to. I should have explained myself better in the post. :)

Because we are a habbo fansite, just because we are not official doesn't mean we should not follow it.

Tiked, you hit the nail on the head. Habbox, as the name suggests, is a Habbo fansite not a Runescape one and therefore we shouldn't have to follow Jagex's rules. If nobody scammed when Trading runescape accounts then it would most likely be allowed but people do scam and Habbox will obviously try to prevent that.
