Just formatted my laptop and realised that my entire Media Project went with it. So I am trying to recover it using a tool, please god hope it works.

Have you ever deleted/lost some important work? I need some people to help me get over my stupidity.

That won't work as it's a whole new install of windows. I found it, but the program wants me to pay. So it's time to crack it...

Yeah, I have now lost it, but there is a backup at school. But that's not open till Wednesday.

after i lost an important piece of coursework which i had been working on for hours, i backup in like 4 different places every day (my laptop, my pc, my memory stick, my external hard drive and sometimes school computers).

At least you do have back up :)

When I was at school my art GCSE piece vanished, and I had to reproduce something else in very little time. Last year I had a piece of art which I had just completed after weeks and weeks of effort, be destroyed by a flood in the building.

Keep smiling :)

Start from scratch using bits you remember and then it will turn out better because you will think of better words :P

"Undo Delete" - Awesome piece of software. Found stuff on my hard drive and memory stick from years ago.

ur kidding right?
if someone has spent weeks/months doing a project, and then for it to either disappear/deleted or w.e, i doubt "it can easily be re-done" to the same quality. and the time for it to be re-done will probably be shortened.

& its only alevel work? u srsly gotta b kidding me if u think alevel isnt important. i would say its VERY important.

& i havent really deleted work on accident, but once i was doing a long essay and when i finished it was earlyearly morning. so i go to close word, the "do u wish to save blahblah" came up, but me thinking i already saved it pressed no, eventhough i didnt lmao. and i couldnt recover it either :(
