Where the hell is the 'Download Manager'?

Hi,

When you wish to download something from Adobe (i'm downloading Premiere Pro CS3 trial), it says that you need a 'Adobe Download Manager'. Now, I've searched all over the Adobe site for it and I can only find guides to it, but not the freaking download.

Anyone know where this is?

Adobe has never been the best for navigating their site.

Download manager pops up, with java?
It saves to your documents then. Btw, if Premiere says "Product License Expired" You'll have to find a way to hack the cache file. But try not to screw it up, as it messes up your other Adobe programs like it did for me. xD
