i can get on habbo on my other account but when i go on my other account claire7714 i get d.c i have cleared cookies and cashe and restarted my computer i use internet explorer can anyone help please ty

It's an error on Habbo's side and it's being looked into.

On the account you can't log in, check the homepage. Does it say you have pending messages?

If yes, nothing can be done to sort it out... for now.
