Needing a vB forum :)

Hey all, okay so I have a fansite already but I don't want to make it into a site, but a forum. I know how to skin forums and customize them et. Of course the person who provides the vBulletin will also become an owner, and have full cpanel control :)

Why vBulletin? You get a free forum, customize it and use the money you were going to use to buy credits for competitions or the hosting...
