I have a problem :(
When I try to log into the Admin CP on CheatShack, I type in my name and password and the message comes up saying "Thank you for logging in Matt".
And then it just reloads the login page. What do I do!? :'(
Don't say "Clear your cookies" or anything like that because it's not just me, the owner can't log in either :(

Yeah through cPanel too, if you add something through the cPanel while adding a plugin you sometimes get a database error OR you cannot login side admin CP.
Log out completely from the forum, then login then click the admincp link from the bottom of the forum home
works for me when I sometimes get that

Is anyone super admin?
If so then it might be that someone disabled admins from using admincp
You may have a pea brain on your team

Is it defintely a legal version of vBulletin? If not, that may be the problem.

Do it from PMA if you can't login.

Maybe somone else with Super Admin access has removed all your rights.

Haha, I had to laugh - I was going to ask the exact same question ;)
make yourself super admin
What I would suggest is going into the "includes/config.php" file and double checking that the Super Admin ID corresponds with the user that you are trying to login as. Also, do you receive any sort of DB error when you try and login or is it just the standard "Login failed" type thing?
If you still can't figure it out and your Support License hasn't expired yet you can always contact vB and ask them about it - they're usually very timely and they definitely know their stuff.
Hope that helps :)

On the left on vB.com it says how long the respond time is, At 11;30 it shoulnt be so long
here is what i go:
(last 30 support issues)
0 hr : 32 min
Please note this is NOT a guarantee that every ticket will be responded to in this time frame. This is an average, more complicated problems may require more time to resolve.
