Yeah, there's an ad in the newspapers advertising some phone with a good deal, and it says go online at our T-mobile website or visit your nearest T-mobile store. Can I visit carphone warehouse for this offer, or does it HAVE to be a t-mobile shop?

You can try visiting a carphone warehouse store and asking but since it said a t-mobile store, I don't think they'll do it. Have you tried their site?
