My man boobs are getting a tad, big. And when you push them up I'd say there like an A cup :P
Any ideas on how I can loose them? Im not after no six pack/whatever btw, just want these man boobs gone!

Exercise? If you work out and stuff, it'll work the fat off therefore you may not have man boobs lol

Depending on your age, it could be puppy fat. You'll grow out of them.

You can lose a lot of weight jump roping also and drinking lots of water will help in weight lost.

Man boobs are fat. Fat can be lost with exercise. Do sit ups, and other torso-based exercises. Any other exercise will also help put towards their elimination.

That may increase the way he looks the abs may work out rather than in so sit-ups arn't going to help unless he wants to work his abs.
Just do cardio-vascular :)

Already stated that sit-ups won't help him lose his man boobs.
I think your best bet is joining a junior gym. Go to your local gym and ask what the best deal is for a *however old*, if you're under 16, at my gym you only have to pay per session - so no big monthly costs.

Sexual intercourse is the best exercise for the human body (it's not joke it's true!) depending on how old you are I would try that:D

Man boobs isnt always because of fatness.. If you want advice be honest. Are you overweight. If you are exercise - if you arent you wont loose them naturally.

If you are able to join a gym, there will be a machine (not sure of the name) that works on your chest pecs and also arm muscles at the same time. It is a proper good machine & you will be able to adjust the pressure it has. It will turn your 'man boobs' into muscle and then it should look fine.

apparently im not over weight (according to a height to weight table)

they do, but its only when you actually have PE though you can use them.
i think i'll start doing 30 mins of 'exercise' a day (like pushups, situps and stuff that takes a lot of work) and I shall update you on my progress in a month!

Lol. I'm sorry but I burst out laughing when I read that part about a-cup. Try exercising and eating healthy and then the weight will begin to disappear, the boobies too :)

If you need to burn off a bit of fat, start a regular exercise plan which you can stick to. You need to your RDAs of Fat, Sugars and Salt and drink plenty of water.

you can tell if you squeeze about an inch from your nipple, if its hard its tissue, if its not its fat
tissue boobs usually go when you reach 18 (around then)
fat boobs u can burn off
try in gyms the 'pecs flex' machine
or simply do pressups

Erm, properly medium exercise don't over do it dude. You could of got it because of stress what could lead to comfort eating. Just try and cut back from the junk and stick with the healthy stuff.

like 30 mins of it a day? (but only 20 solid mins if you get me..?), and since january I havnt had a single piece of chocolate, and because of my newly installed braces all i've been having are bananas, youghurts, bisciuts and waffles for snacks, seriously nothing else just that,

I used to have a bit of a belly so cut out chocolate, bread, pasta and potatoes from my diet for two months and lost almost three stone it was really amazing I'm now the average weight for my age have noticed I like foods I thought I'd hate and my clothes have become baggy so yay new clothes for me. You really need to have alot of will power though as you will feel extreamly hungry for weeks and that will lead to temptation when you see your friends buying chips and stuff... but once you've taught yourself new habits and you start to notice your clothes becoming baggy it really is rewarding.

Don't just cut out chocolate, cut out all fatty foods, with high calories and carbs. yeah and do Peck excersizes? ;S sit ups only do your abs, don't effect moobs.

Do running (Cardio vascular) and Chest flies:
Get a weight on both of your arms, spread them out to the side once lieing down on a raised surface and bring them back up to your chest again. Repeat that 12 times and you will loose the fat and gain muscle :)

Try getting a boob job.
Try being confident ;) If thats the body you have, then thats the body you should learn to love! ( I personally, have a similar problem, but mine seems to be taking the cancer route) For anyone out there, who is worried about cancer, do not see your doctor, see a specialist. Thats what ive learnt. xD thanks.
