Because you were being a bit of a rebel, your probably on the auto ban list as you've guessed. They should give you a chance though if you've turned over a new leaf so to speak.

I kept getting banned then I come back and I wern't on auto ban list, I told them I would behave and I didn't do anything wrong for over a day.. (wasn't really much time) then later on in night I was auto banned. >.< Now today I'm IP banned.

That's where I stand in the situation too. You got warned and told not to bump threads in the forum and just generally being a pain, so you now have to face the consequences.
