Youtube videos

Hi

Is there anyway I can download youtube videos to my pc? Im on a mac, and I have seen these sites that say they do it but I dont know if they're dodgey or not. How can I do this? I want to get it into iMovie.

if you could get firefox you could use a downloader and then zamzar
