Well like its wierd.

we been mates for while now, and sumin happened firday night between us but saturday she was like saying she regreted it and worst thing she even done nd dat.

and like now, the last 2 nights i just sat up crying and i dont know why, its the last person i ever expected i would like and i just dont know what to do, all i ccan think of is her.

You can't get rid of the feeling.
It takes time.
Only you know when the feeling is over because you don't feel the same feelings again if that makes sense.
You're just going to have to put up with it for now.
It shouldn't be worth crying over though.
