And appeal agaisnt the ban by using the contact us form ;) That is the best bet and more of a reply will be given then over the forum.

That really isn't going to help your case with your current caution, and for whatever reason, if in the future you need to appeal a ban or anything. You're clearly just making a new account, you could atleast just be subtle lol.
