Due to me being 'appearntly' banned i cannot post in the correct thread so here it is in here.

I personally think it's a legit infraction.
If you wanna check out whether an image is suitable or not, you should PM an smod/admin with the image, before placing it in your avatar. That way they will respect the fact you've asked them privately, instead of parading it publically (assuming the image isn't allowed).
I'm not stupid, he needs to wait till hes uncautioned then report it, duh :rolleyes:

exactly. he made a thread asking whether it was ok but already had it at his avatar, it's a fair infraction in my opinion.

He proberly had too many active infractions.
Anyway you should of private messaged a administrator before uploading it into your avatar.
