I am not recieving any emails from habbo, Before you ask.. no i havent got them on blocked senders list and its not in junk folder, i havent set up any forwarders or autoamtic delete requests, i deleted my email account and re activated it, still no use, any emails from habbo e.g (forgot pass) (list of habbo acount) will not come thru. ive waited days..
also the automatic email from habbo help tool will nto come thru.
i offer alot of furni and hcs to anyone who can help as its urgent!!!

I don't know who your email provider is, but that could be your problem, it also could be that you didn't verify your habbo account.

ps. I don't need any payment :)

thanx but its with the most common (hmail) And i cannopt verify it because i need to be logged in... and iver forgot my pass. tried makign a new habbo account with same email didnt get the thing telling me to activate email or welcome to habbo..

Try adding the Habbo email address to your list so that you will definatly receive the emails :)

Try adding the email adress the emails are being sent from to your contacts. :P

That email provider has been a problem, not for everyone but for some. This is what I suggest you do. Make a yahoo email address, make a new Habbo using the yahoo address to register your new Habbo with, and don't forget to verify. Hopefully it works, then try using the help tool. You can then explain your problems.

I know it may sound long winded, but if it solves your problems, it will have been worth it :)

Are you using aol?

Anyway in general maybe try to add "@sulake.com" or whatever domain Habbo uses as a "trusted" email add?

Are you sure that it is the right email you're using.
And maybe you didn't type another email when you signed up?

I have the same problem with one of my hotmail accounts, it doesnt't go to junk or anything.

Just making a new account on a different email and using the help tool would be best.
