image re sizer?

Can we have a image re sizer plugin/mod or whatever it is :D
Because I don't like getting into threads with huge images that mess up my screen specially when my video card isn't installed and it proper messes my screen up :P
But its a good idea..what do you think people?

... Can't you just install your graphics card? But I agree, there does need to be one. I believe someone posted a plug-in which does this and it's safe :)

Nope i can't, but that isn't the only reason why it will be better for other users too
