13% in two days is terrible myne takes an hour.
So yes, Reboot and try again. If it still does the same. you will need to seriously look at the junk on your computer which may make you slow.
Or if ur downloading turn them off.

sorry for double post

You could probably do with CCleaner. Deletes alot of the junk on your computer. Also you computer might be not able to keep up because of it's spec. If you're using a laptop then it might be a big problem not to mention the graphic cards in laptops, they're not that good.

Doesn't make a difference if your on wireless or not, that is a terrible speedtest though, try resetting your reuter, or turning all other p.c's off in the house which are on your network, they might be downloading stuff and leeching most of the net;

That wouldnt help, CCleaner deletes your temp internet files and the contents of your temp folder.
What site are you downloading from Jazkee?

Do you know anyone with the WoW game discs that would let you use them to install it to your computer? Your net speed is fast enough to play the game but downloading might take a while. Saying that though, you will most likely have to download a few GB worth of patches after you've installed the actual game depending on what version game discs you borrow.
