they're images hosted. It would require lots of hacking around so I doubt it will happen.

It's not possible without severe hackingzz
why not have it so it changes with VIP colour?

why not have it so it changes with VIP colour?
because it's detirmined by the skin, not the usergroup

We wouldn't know who's got positive or negative rep then, hence it would be pointless.

Exactly it's a ridiculous idea. Not something I would ever come up with.

I don't understand how it would work. It would ruin the reputation system.

well i'm sure it would be possible to change the colour of rep whilst still giving you the correct comment when hovering (corresponding to the amount rep the person has). if it requires hacks then ok, i'll dream on. ;)

Bad Rep - Black
Good Rep - Red
Wouldnt require loadsa hacking, just a few image changes

That rep just means you've been repped (or an admin) edited his/her/ reputation to minus instead of plus.
Its pointless and doesnt look good/cool. :s
Why would you want it ?..

As a moderator, you should be setting an example to members by following the rules and showing respect to other peoples opinions. Maybe you don't think it looks good but some people, as well as myself do.

I didn't say there was anything wrong with it, it's just like having different coloured names, except with rep.

Have them in your usertitle instead?

It's determined by skin, not by usergroup. I don't think it is even possible to do it by usergroup.
However, IF it were possible to do it by usergroup:
A) We'd have to host a lot of images.
B) Everyone would be confused as to what means what
C) Some rep bars might not show against certain skins so we'd have to further edit the by-usergroup ones to also go by skin
D) All this causes a lot of unecessary complication
and finally
E) If it was possible, it would be a hack, and installing a hack for something like this makes no sense, it puts us at risk for something very trivial and aesthetic.
Sorry but I doubt this one will happen :(

As much as I would like to see this forum have all these great ideas implemented, this one idea may be a little too difficult to master. I am sorry but this idea will not work.
wow, he has alot of red rep lol. Hmm would be nice if we could change our rep colour. Not that it would make a difference to me with my 2 blocks :P

Way to prove you were pointlessly posting. Judging from your past it's expected to be more of a pointless post than with any reasoning behind it.
WOuld different coloured rep bars look nice? I can't imageine bright pink ones really showing what the rep system is about. Positive and negative, green and red, it wouldn't really look right.
