Ok, Im a complete noob on this one.
If I wanted (from scratch) to make a brand new website.
With a .com domain.
How would I do it?
Also, Include what I should make site with, etc.
Should I use Freewebs HTML Pages, Or Not?
And how much would it roughly cost and how many options is there to pay.
Thanks, Also first few decent answers get +REP.

you will also need the images?
But what you have to do is
1) Buy a domain - £6/7
2) Get Hosting...
3) Point ur domain to ur hosting [nameservers]
4) go to ur cpanel >> file manager
5) upload files + your pretty much there

Yeh....
Make sure you can code... otherwise ya be throwing money down the drain.
But costings (using galaxy-webhosting.co.uk)
1 year .com - £6
1 year basic hosting - £12
So around £20 for a year ...

1. Don't bother "jacking" sources, infact you fail.. don't even make a website.

I agree with Bojangles, you get nowhere ripping sources except for getting your hosting suspended.
And what Bojangles said is completely ontopic.

www.name.com for domains, very cheap. $5.99/£3.00
and there are many cheap hosting sites around, plus very good free ones like freehostia.com
I think you shouldn't even attempt this.
Sorry, don't mean to be rude but you can't code, you will fail stealing source code, you have to put in money to make money, and any person competent enough to make a website knows that you shouldn't even think about using freewebs.

No problem craig. I just like to help out the community in my spare time. Also www.camelstyle.net offer cheap domains at affordable prices, you also get free hosting. But the site I recommend to you is www.boysfood.com - Now don't get confused here, they offer GREAT services especially for your lower budget if you get what I mean.
Please remember to +REP me for all these links as I'm sure they will help you.
