Hi There, i really need help on my site if anyone could offer a hand that would be very rep-full ;)

if you look at see the blue gradiet slap bang in the middle.
i want that to be like that, and when people click a nav option a Iframe appears. i suppose it's proberly AJAX or something but i have no idea.
