Go see a hygienist?

well, i think brushing 5 times a day is a bit over the top because it wears down the enamle which is like a protective coating on the teeth and if thats not there then they become yellower and harder to keep clean looking.

also, use mouth wash and a good whitening toothpaste, not like a cheapy one
if that doesnt work go and see someone :)

make sure you read the label before buying whitening toothpaste to because this can seriously damage your teeth lol

Maybe get like a whitening type thing, that you apply every now and then to how you want it, or a special whitening toothpaste.

I agree. I think theres a toothpaste called 'Pearl Drops' which I used to use. It's not to expensive and it's really good!

thats the one i meant. its apparently really bad for your teeth if you use it regularyl and in high quantities. it deteriorates the enamel on tyour teeth i believe because it like, dissolves the yellow :P

I didn't know that? Glad I only bought it once then lol! It was good though, I used it well over a year ago and the effects are still visible. :)

Buy Colgate whiter, and invest in some Mouthwash and Tooth Polish.

Apparently lemon juice, although I wouldn't recommended it since it supposedly erodes the enamel away or something.

Ask your dentist, I got one within 2 weeks it worked.
He also said do not rinse your mouth out but spit out the excess paste in your mouth.
This would keep your breathe fresher for longer, let it clean your teeth longer and keep your teeth healthy.

Pearl Drops
it is quite a cost, but it works.
its toothpaste that whiten's and cleans (Hollywood Shine, is one of their brands)
~Google search ; here (http://www.google.co.uk/search?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-GB%3Aofficial&channel=s&hl=en&q=pearl+drops&meta=&btnG=Google+Search)
they also have a 'Instant White' product which turns teeth white as you brush it on.

it's about £5 for the tooth paste

Would be awesome if I could just use Pearl Drops whitening products for a few days and erode away a small amount of enamel and then continue to brush regularly and they would stay that way.

If you brush like that with good toothpaste it should be ok. my teeth have a slight yellow tint but my dentist said that is hereditory but may come out if I get them bleeched or something when I'm older.

Some people get this when they have a fluoride deficiency but can sorted at the dentist.

Reading this reminds me that they have a tool to remove it slightly.

Worst possible thing to use on your teeth. Makes them look white for a few days but STRIPS not erodes the enamel. It's impossible to reverse the effects.

NEVER USE LEMON JUICE.
