Logged onto find my self automatically with this badge, I cannot change it to Gold HC or my other ones... Tried reloading but It wont budge... I guess they are adamant that they want me to have it on my birthday.

Maybe it goes after one day?

one of you is telling a lie. Most probably Biseinen since that 'birthday cake' looks so un-habbo and i've not seen it before, yet i've seen the one on ealo's screenie.
