This is my first ever seasonal report, so hopefully, I don't botch it ;)
And no, the values I put are not made up, I've seen these with my own eyes, including several I have traded for myself.
Item's going down

I have seen these going for 16.5 quite a few times, roughly around 4 times. Also, I've seen it go once for 16 pure.
My prediction : Going down to 16.75, for a short while. Most likely to 16.5
http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/StoneFloorx14ST.gif - I've seen these becoming less popular as the new themed competitions are brought in. These are falling out of favour, and I have seen this as they have been going for 3.5 [6 times] and 3 pure [2 times].
My prediction : Going down to 3.5

And people are paying 1 hc for the 5 bears. At 0.25 each, it should be sold at 1.25, but it's not. This overall brings the value of the bears down to 0.2 each.
My prediction : The hype with the bears is over now, and these will probably end up falling to 0.2, and then 0.1.
Item's trading at their value
http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/GoldHabboRollerST.png - The gold roller has established itself as a pretty common 0.5 now, I've seen many go for this and not any lower than 0.5
My prediction : Staying at 0.5
http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/PinkHabboRollerST.png - As above, the pink roller is now increasingly common, going for 0.5 a piece. I've seen these in a lot of love themed room and owners of such rooms have been spotted by me buying these for 0.5
My prediction : Staying at 0.5

I predicted a rise in these when they were 0.3, and I was right. Now they seem to be going in bulk, for around 2.0, unpure for 5. This makes them 0.4, therefore, as of now they are trading at their value.
Item's selling for higher
http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/KnightRollerST.png - I've seen at least 4 of these going for 0.5. This may be because of laziness seeing as 0.5 is easier to pay, but nevertheless, this seems to be popular in the new themed rooms because of the dark colour.
My prediction : Going up to 0.5
http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/LargeSilverStarST.png - I've seen one person buying bulks of these for 4 per 1.0. This makes the star's go up to 0.25 each. Although this is only from one source, I'll be keeping my eye out for trades like these elsewhere.
My prediction : Maybe going up to 0.25 each.
