Infraction for idiot?

I know this should be in report infractions but whatever. Why should I receive an infraction for calling someone an idiot? I've done it before and got away with nothing and I'm not saying it's okay but I could have said alot worse then idiot.

As well as that the person who received the "insult" doesn't even care anyway because it isn't that bad of an insult.

Unfortunately moderating is very opinion based, however an infraction is way too harsh for just that.
