Has anyone else noticed that nearly all of their songs they have released sound veryy similar?
I mean, the new one that's just come out.. I can sing 'She's so lovely' or what ever it's called along to the tune of it.. I mean why can't they make up some songs that dont sound remotely similar. It just shows theyve got no talent tbh

A leading "music expert" once claimed that bands like Guns 'N' Roses and Muse had songs where all of the bass and main guitar lines were the same chords and the same melody yet it done neither of them any harm? Not getting at you in anyway but Scouting for Girls are a fair enough band, I had a free ticket to see them a few weeks ago and they impressed me with their ability to entertain and also how fun their music was.

It's not just the guitar chords and riffs that are the same, the little piano "do do's" at the beginings of the songs, and the tune of the lyrics and the way the lead singer sings a sentence then at the end they all sing it with no music in the background.

Worse Case Scenario?
The start of it sounds EXACTLY the same to "Everything's Magic"
EDIT: Oops, it's Cops And Robbers, which does sound like Goodbye Mr. A

same with cascada... altho i love cascada all it is tht stupid voice-intro at the beginning on EVERY song.. then build up verse, chorus, verse break-down, build up to chorus, chorus... it works but i want different! :(
anyway back to scouting for girls.. well she's so lovely is different from elvis ain't dead, but elvis dead is practially the same as heartbeat

Because their simple melodies are catchy, pop and fun

lmaao and lol at your sig.
Maybe a tad repetitive from what I've heard but I still enjoy their music. Now, The Fray on the other hand, two fairly good songs in an incredibly boring and repetitive album.
