Online teen virtual community, and safe haven, Habbo UK is seeking a creative, imaginative, and innovative person for our London based office who is able to attract and inspire a teenage community. The ideal candidate is passionate about pop culture and creative writing. Basic HTML programming skills a plus.
The Entertainment Site Producer formulates fun activity campaigns that engage our teen audience for our advertising clients, executes current ideas and campaigns within our virtual world, and formulates their own activities and campaigns to entertain and engage our teen community. The ideal candidate has written content for teen websites in the past, could be an avid gamer or community blogger, or may be just generally active with Virtual worlds and web communities / MMOG’s.
In addition to being creative, you should be able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Passion for pop culture
- Creative writing skills
- Exceptional written English language and grammar
- Imagination
- Online gaming and/or virtual community experience
- Project management knowledge and experience a benefit
- Agency work / Client interaction a plus
- Strong proficiency with MAC operating systems plus
- familiarity with MS Office applications (PPT, Word, Excel)
- STRONG attention to detail
- Basic HTML Skills required

Responsibilities
- Develop content for online posts to attract teenage, pop-culture audiences
- Monitor and report activity for online campaigns
- Compile and manage documentation for online campaigns

You have to be 18+ to apply, and have some good background experience in web-design & childrens communities. Why you ask? Because you'd be useless to them otherwise. If you've got less qualifications than someone else, it's obvious who'll get the job.

People would only want the job to become Hotel Manager anyway, not realising the effort involved. :P Meh, I would actually apply if I were old enough however I want to get the right experience first before going for big jobs like that. I would actually fulfill all the requirements anyway, but its what they read on your CV that matters, not what you can do in the workplace.

Good find though, even if I have seen it 3 times on this forum already.

PS. Whoever said you wouldn't need to work in an office, the title including, "LONDON/UK" is a hint of a location and then at the bottom where they provide thingamijigs, "A fun, creative working environment" is also a giveaway. ;]
