Ok well,

I told my best friend due to trust and he was sensible BUT stuck. He had no clue.

I go to the toilet as normal when needed but it hurts, painfully. Yes, I am a guy. It's not my bladder, it's my Penis. Can anyone tell me any advice or anything? Thanks Habbos!

I'd guess it's an infection. Nothing a few antibiotics can't solve :).

could be an infection, as it has already been said.

in the extreme case, it could be due to you having picked up an STI from somewhere, but if you havent had unprotected sex then that wont be the cause.

as everyone else is saying, go to a doctor

Drink more water. I make frequent mistakes of going days without water and I end up with a bladder infection, because I'm so busy.

I had this when I was younger. take either antibiotics or wash it twice a day for about a week and it will be gone in no time.

He doesn't need to wash it... That's nothing to do with it, he needs to do a sample and have some antibiotics. I'm an experienced kidney infection person... god knows how many I have had. I'm naturally prone to them because of a problem I had when I was younger.

Sounds alot like an infection like other have said. My brother had one and it could be down to loads of reasons, his one was because he drunk too much coca cola :P As people have said, take anti-biotics and drink water.

If you've had sex recently then it could be an infection or desiese.
Check on the top of the head that theres nothing on top of it, like a lump/bump or anything that looks irregular.

It could just be an infection, just to be safe though.

Could be AIDS you know. I'd go to a doctor. Remember, you have a one in a billion chance of getting AIDS!

Dcotors ;].

I doubt the doctor will even have to look if you just explain the problem. But if they do, they've done it a thousand times before, and they think nothing of it- so you shouldn't.

Go to the doctors and explain the problem as fully as you can, with every little detail eg. the type of pain (throb, shooting etc), when it started, and anything else they ask!

Good luck!
Hope you're okay.

it could be that you're not drinking enough fluids in the day and the bladder could be producing toxins, you should drink atleast 8 (i think) pints of water a day, good luck!

You don't need a doctor :) You need to drink more water, the pain is probably because there is lots of urea in your urine. Drinking will... 'dilute' it more so it won't be painful.

Don't forget to shake your little man after peeing too.

I don't know why people are saying that '************ too hard' can't cause pain when urinating, it can - it's common sense. If you 'tug-a-lug-lug' too hard, you're bound to make a tiny rip/tear somewhere up there. It's been proven plenty'a time on Embarrassing Illnesses, I just feel sorry for you! I'd hate to have that.

If you haven't been already, just go to your GP and tell him of your pain. You won't have to get anything out, he'll ask you if you've had any other symptoms and will probably give you a cup to wee in and perscription for some antibiotics. If your sample proves otherwise, he'll probably perscribe you some different antibioitics.

If your penis inflates. Or hurts while urinating. You may have an infection or a foresking problem, possibly. "Searched on google"

I had this before.

Are there any other symptoms? When I had it there were.

I solved it by doubling the ammount of drink each day.

Indeed. If he didn't go and see a doctor, I'm sure he's drank plenty of water, and I know everyone's just trying to help, but STIs, cancer and kidney stones aren't the most likely reasons?

I agree some people do tend to post the worst when it's more likely to be dehydration and lack of water.
