The one with the girl and tattoo?
she was tonys conscience, she wasn't really there hence why she kept vanishing and why the tattoo was on his back when the girl had the tattoo and not him.

'she' also had a resemblance to tonys sister, who you see tony kissing and removing the wine and cigs from her room at the end.

I think that the episode represents how tony wants to prove people wrong, that he is capable of doing things he could before but has gone too far with trying to get back to normal, to the point where he includes his sister.

The episode basically shows tony trying to get himself back to his old ways - also the interviewer has been in previous episodes I believe? this adds to the idea that it is all tonys conscience.
