Just got Permed Unfariy

I just got permed unfairly for "illegal activity", what is that on habbo anyways?
All I had been doing that night was trading and talking to some people.
Anyways I sent them this email.

Hello, On April 4th at 12.20, My account "Manga" Was permanently banned for "Illegal Activity". Thing is, I do no understand why I have been permanently banned for this reason as I have not been involved in any illegal activity on Habbo, nor have I ever been banned and I think the ban is a mistake. For most of the night I was on hotel view and trading rares to use for my room and I do not understand the action that was used againist me. I have bought credits a number of times (roughly 2-5 times) with this mobile number * on the account "Manga". As for the date of birth I am aware it is incorrect, but I created my habbo when I was a little younger and was paranoid about putting my details onto any website, but I am willing to do anything to prove ownership of the account. Thank you for taking the time to reading this email.

Ah no worries eh? Only habbo at the end of the day. Just a little pissed that I have spent money on it and I get a perm ban for no reason at all.

Yeah I found out the person who I was with mostly that night had got banned too (permed) and so did her friend. :l Come on Habbo... sort it out.

I got banned when i was hacked. Turned out the hackers claimed they would kill people etc etc.

Told them to check me IP. HA prooved them wrong xD

Once I got hacked, and then someone scammed someone on my user and it got permed banned (I had brought Credz to) but because i put incorrect DOB etc and had changed email I could never prove it was my account.

There's something in T&C about you being responsible of what hackers or anyone else does on your account.

Mistakes happen, if you genuinely have done nothing wrong, you will be unbanned, so good luck :)
