Have you got a clone open aswell? that may of caused it

Try clearing your temp internet files and if tht dnt wrk re-install shockwave

What you need to do is use another user account on your computer. I know its long, but it works and I had that problem too. So If all else fails, do that :)

Like someone said, it appears to be a glitch with a trax pack. Was there a Trax Machine in the room you entered?
