How long should Sam Broadcaster download for?

As in, how long should it take? Eg. 5 mins, 10 mins.
Cause atm it's taking like 7 mins :S
Not sure if it's right or w.e.
But also is there a safe place to download it properly?
This is for SAM Broadcaster Version 2.
