Right I bought something off Amazon, and today I was wondering why it hadn't come yet, it said on the amazon website it will get here 25th April, but I don't want to wait that long, so I know that you can cancel the item, but will u get your money back?

No, their FAQs state they do not issue refunds unless there is a product fault.

as long as they havent sent it out or boxed it up, yeah, you can cancel it. if you order from amazon a lot, i'd suggest amazon prime. its only 75$ and you get free two day shipping on most items for a year, and you get to invite other people.

If you haven't got it yet, get them to ring you via contact us page and they will cancel it. I always do it, LOL.

Log into 'Your Account' and view 'recent orders'. If you click on the order in relation to whatever you have bought it should say whether you are able to cancel it or not near the top next to the order number.

Usually before you place an order on the last page it gives you an Estimated dispatch date for the item?? Didnt you see this before you ordered?

If it's already preparing for dispatch you can't do that. You have to get them to ring you.

Your order must be relatively obscure if that's the estimated dispatch time.
