I love it.
But there's one thing that would make the layout look better:
The navigation tops;
why not make the half of it orange, and the other half of it yrllow (or which colour it is)?
It's better than having like 10% of the nav image orange.

The layout is nothing special, but from what you had before, its an improvement. Just be careful about your Furni Wars (Tic Tac Toe), ClubHabbo might try taking your down because you used a free script which they also use.

Alot of fansite owners/staff dont put any effort into there website, which different colours for different things (because there css is wrong), but by the looks of things, you have spent your time making sure everythings as it should be.

You keep releasing all these verions, why not sort out the content on the site.
Versions isn't just about the layout, more Habbo content would be nice as i seen none.

The design could be better, but atleast it's original. It's good, but it's not.. interesting. It's original in the fact that parts aren't stolen from elsewhere, but it's kinda the standard habbo layout.
