Right. You closed the thread for discussing ban reasons. But that wasn't just for him. He was pointing out that, because of what he posted from the FAQs or whatever, you cannot ban someone for being negative and having a negative view on things. Then, you perm ban him for finding this? You're cowards, you cannot find a good arguement so you close the thread? Disgusting.

He got banned, he agreed to the terms and conditions upon sign up and they used two of the terms stated.

sure, it may say they won't ban anyone for 'free speech' but they also state the two other terms, the person in questions posts in the feedback section are often of negative reasons and to be honest I would of had enough as well.

now leave it :)

He was giving his opinion. Alot of people can't do that without being abit negative.

Well if they are so against the forum they shouldn't use it, no one is forcing them to stay. :)

there is no point arguing as they did what they stated they could do in the terms, everyone signed it when signing up.

all these unban threads are all invalid as habbox used what they stated in their terms.

I still say it's a cheap way to get rid of him but ok. Thread closed.
