I dont think you can.

If you can its going to involve Windows Media center.

Its on the dashboard. I've seen people upload pics for their theme on their dashboard but for the gamer pic I dont know if you can, as that is a public picture and inappropriate pictures may be put up.

dont know if you an but if you got xbl vision cam you can take pictures and use them but, if you use a xbl vision to make a picture only your friends can see that picture that you took,
