Virgin Media box.

Hey, I have a virgin media box in my room and I see this problem happening frequently.

I try to see what on by pressing the tv button then it should say for example
11:00 BBC News
12:00 BBC News

but instead now it always says No programme information so I can't see what on?
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don't have one but I would guess that resetting the box might fix the problem. When that happens to my digi box I simply uplug and plug in again and then a few mins later I get the epg listings.

Reset the box by unplugging it and waiting a minute before plugging it back in, or phone Virgin Media up.

All the dodgey virgin media boxes have been took off just lately so, you probably have a dodgey box :P.

That happens to sky boxes, unpluging them and pluging them back in usaly fixes them :)

Instead of pressing the "OK" button on the remote. Try pressing "Home". If not ring 150 if your phone is also with virgin media, they should sort out the problem.

Just unplug and put it back in, should fix it. Like other people have said already.
