Hacking is unauthorised access of something. You can be banned for 'Unauthorised Access of Accounts' therefore you can be banned for hacking.

I agree. Even in the habbo help tool it says summet about habbo cannot be hacked but the only way to get into your account is to send a keylogger or something through an IM or similar programs. But people just generally call this "hacking"

They probably send them to victims who they think they have a good chance of actually hacking.. as you can see plenty of people have been "victims" but then they got owned when they couldnt hack the person
