Perm banned accounts?

Are all/most perm banned accounts unbanned? Because mine is and so is my mates. Maybe its got somthing to do with the new appealing thing? ;o

I had my account since 2005, for like a day, didnt play it till last year, then got banned for the first time in September.

mike no offence ur not making any sence and tbh about 25-50% of accounts were un-banned/ un-muted but only if it was somthing not that serious like RWT u would most liekly still be banned, swearing and gettin a perma mute probably un-muted
