One of my Hc accounts got hacked...
I thought, no biggy, no furni on there. I'll just get it back.

The hacker changed my email & password, fair enough, that's what they would do.

Unfortunately I need to have my email and habbo name for the habbo help tool. I put in my the former email address and it didn't work.

I got asked if I was sure and clicked yes, and woopdy doo I got forwarded to the "Forgotten Password" page.
In which I need my email address to recover it.

What is this?

I used my initiative and emailed them on my main account to get an auto message.

I did as I was told and replied telling them that, no, re-installing shockwave wouldn't help.

About 4 days later I get an email telling them that I needed my:

Habbo name:
Current email address:
and Date of Birth:

I know that!
Where is this heading for goodness sake?

Anyway, please, someone tell me that it's me who is wrong.

I've had the same problem with two of my accounts... never been able to get onto them... just gave up in the end =/

was sending them like 5pass passwords, old email, DOB ... everything... even sent them credit-bought dates and stuff...

I lost an account maybe 3 or 4 years back, had a lot of furniture on it aswell, I changed my password and it was saying "Connecting..." but I got disconnected like half way through and couldn't get back in with my old and new password, so pretty simple thing is I have no password in the habbo database.

I try and explain to them and all they do is say there is not enough information, sorry bye!

It's just a nightmare when it comes to getting accounts back.

if you was hacked/Scammed/KEylogged etc and lost your password and Email address You should do the following IN ORDER.

1. Close All Windows.
2. Open Virus Operator.
3. Run a FULL SYSTEM scan.
4. Turn Off Computer.
5. Turn On Computer (lol)
6. Clear All Temp Internet Files Inc History, Chache, and Passwords.
7. Visit www.habbo.co.uk (http://www.habbo.co.uk) (Or the site you was banned on)
8. Visit the Call for help Section
9. When it says do you have a habbo Click no.
10. Then Email in

If it dosent work Do the Following.

From 7.
8. Make a New Account.
9. Use That account and Email habbo about this.
10. You will be asked about Credit history/Random Questions/ Mobile Numbers/ Home Numbers/ Old Passwords/ Badges/ Pet Names/ D.O.B/ Etc.
11. Habbo will then Decide If they feel it is necessary to Give you a new password to gain access.
(Habbo Hotel Does not have to give you a new password, as it was your fault you was Hacked banned etc.)
