Best Place ... ?

Where would be the best place for me to train str/def :)

I've been a hill giants and they dont do much damage so food isn't needed. Also, where is this new stronghold thing. I quit runescape like 2months after Hunting came out so its all kinda new to me :)

you know that first town that you start at, i can't remember what it called, but there was bare good training place there like you kill green men in a hut with a pig roast. was well good money and training points.
