Before you say anything this is my 2nd completed alt so dont complain that im crap because i know :)
Tom i especially added your Habbo for ya =D
Anway, this took me about 4-5 days and im kinda pleased with the outcome.

Its kinda hard to explain since i did quite alot, it was just like merging the shape of rooms, looking at real life objects and turning them into pixels then adding Habbo's. I dont know how to explain it :P

I like it. Not too keen on the Welcome thing or the writing above the door, they look a bit odd. Try adding a black border to the gold plaque in the first section too and maybe some more things outside, a paved area and pond or something.
Other than that its good. 9/10 ;)

Its really REALLY good. I wouldnt have thought this was only your second alt.
Theres not much CC i can give but i would change the welcome sign and the sign above the door to make them look more habboey. Also the guy by the desks fringe looks a bit weird.
