it just came out here in the u.s., saw it tonight, it was great. it's the new judd apatow movie (and a bunch of other guys who made superbad, 40 year old virgin and knocked up). i think if a good majority of those guys (judd apatow, jonah hill, seth rogen etc) are involved in a movie, there's no way it can be bad. it doesnt match the absolute brilliance of superbad, but i'd highly recommend it if you like their other films.

The loner part, I liked that. I haven't gone to see it yet, will do sometime this week. I just went to go see Leatherheads and it wasn't a great as I expected it to be. Last week I saw Street Kings, that's a good movie also.

he produced it. he produced superbad as well. it's his network of friends and cast members that he worked with on freaks and geeks and undeclared. without apatow, the movie would have never gotten to the studio. and Bill Hader is in superbad as well as forgetting sarah marshall.

Going to see it tomorrow, only got told about it earlier by my dad, meh, its a free ticket from our local newspaper, it gives 1 free code a week, you put the code into a website, and print the tickets off. XD

doesn't have much to do with it. apatow was really the only big name pushing for it, he's got the cred. jason segel worked with him on freaks and geeks but didnt have the later success of apatow.

plus, he did produce it, so he did have something to do with it. its all apatows' gang, i'll still relate it to the other films.
