tutorialized.com has pretty much every link to other tutorials, it's a bit like a google for tutorials with better navigation.

Edit: Oh basic html, for basic html, I learnt by perusing through endless w3cschools articles and clicking next all day, do the activities, start at block one, and take your time, and you'll understand it very well and very fast, w3cschools has the best tutorials for everything in html.. well pretty much, search every html tag and you'll probably get one of their articles at the top...lol.
