I have, but to keep you busy till then I recommend Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Although some of my friends have told me off for believing it's a game based on ethnic cleansing. The enemies are just coincidently Spainish/Latin!

Thats one pathetic theory. The game is set in S.America, so you expect the enemies to be Spanish/Latin.

It's not "nuts", that's called advertising. I haven't seen a advertisement like that for Grand Theft Auto though. I live in Ohio though, we got a big Nation Wide insurance advertisement on a building downtown. It's green paint spilling onto the street, they have a big paint can and it's running down until a car and the ground. It looks nice, but it's getting old and I want to see how they will clean up that advertisement.

Anyways;

I wanted to buy it, but I don't even have a Xbox 360. I played GTA Vice City on the 360 and didn't like how to control it. I prefer the PS2. I guess I will have to upgrade soon.

Why..?

People are allowed to replicate wars, which had way more deaths might I add but you're not allowed to replicate 9/11?

yep but then again we cant make any impact on how those games are made, surely theres not a mission in GTA IV that requires you to fly into some twin towers?

Those games get passed through certification, meaning they are allowed, if you're allowed to make games on the biggest war of all time then you're allowed to crash helicopters into the twin towers, you can't allow one major event but disallow another, who really cares? It happened years ago and I'm sure the only people who really care are those directly effected, I doubt he's gonna post it on youtube is he?

Agree with you there.

The war was treated the same way in the immediatly following years. Granted, these days its in games, but 20 years after or whatever it was far different. Let peoples views and experiences 'settle' and what not.

Not the most disturbing thing like, just horribly immature.

Different. Not necessarily worse. The wars in question also happened many years ago, and are a less sensitive issue.

DLC will be pointless. Is coming out in like November when most Xboxers will be on GOW or other games + it will only be a couple of pointless things.

WWII wasn't a war? What was it then a tea party?

@Armal - The first "episode" will be out in August, and each of them is an entire new story each adding at least 10+ hours onto the game

I replied saying that there is nothing wrong with it, if you can replicate massive wars then you can replicate terrorist attacks, maybe if you actually thought about it before posting you might of understood alot better

That wasn't a war, it was a terrorist attack. You are very ignorant my friend.
Then you're very ignorant of what he said. He said people have duplicated wars, where more people were killed than in a small terrorist attack. Rationally speaking, which should care more about people making war games rather than a terrorist attack, because comparing both, more people died brutally in wars than in a terrorist attack. Heck, there are war games out there that show people dying a horrible, slow, flaming death through napalm, which was far worse than a quick explosion, flames and a plummit to the earth

In simple terms:

Terror Attack > War

Or whatever that arrow thing is all about

In wars their are still rules about some terrible things you can't do, and war is usually agreed by both sides. And usually have a cause i.e. World War II was started to prevent the Nazis from invading and taking control of more and more of the world when they invaded Poland.
With terror attacks, there are no rules, and happen when you least expect them to.
And the reason behind them are sometimes just phycopaths, or extremists doing what they think their religion wants them to do.
Therefore I think the terror attacks are worse.

Back on topic.
Those must have cost Rockstar a bomb, but they'll most likely help sales of the game, not that they needed any help though.

Exactly. See how much hassle people can gain for making ill-opinion comments about the holocaust, and that happened 60 years ago. Its just pig-ignorant. Trying to make a joke at the expense of thousands dead, and their families. I wouldn't imitate things from the War in such a demeaning manner, nor would I expect any slightly educated person to do so.

Do we still do rememberance for 9/11? No

Clearly wars are more of a concern than one single attack.
