Where i come from There are Like DIY shops around. Go into one of them. They should tell you. They dont just do building and stuff. They Can Fix anything.

And also some radom people own shops in the main town that sell phone covers and unlock pins and stuff. They can do it. Not sure if you know any though.

If the phone is pants, i'd get a new one as it's a bit of a costly job.

However

If it's a good phone, most phone shops will send it off for you. Carphone warehouse and Phones4U will.

If its a Nokia, then there is probably a Nokia Service Point near you, they can either do it while you wait if they already have a screen in stock or do it over a couple of days because they might not have the part.

http://www.nokia.co.uk/A4228006 - There, tick "Nokia Care Point", select your Area and click Find, it will tell you your local ones, sometimes they are inside O2, T-mobile etc shops but any Nokia Point will take a Nokia phone.
