Knee Clicking...

Over the last week my leg has been very weak as I fell on my knee and badly bruised the side of my leg, but Ive noticed my knee keeps clicking whenever I sit down and get back up, basically whenever I bend my knee
It's just the one knee and not both.

Anyone know if this is bad enough to get checked out, I mean it aint broken or anything and it doesnt hurt but jus feels weird when it clicks, its quite loud as well.

Yeah, i'd get it checked out because there clearly is a problem.

Mine click whenever i bend down all the time and it's loud. But it can happen more offten when you have a knee injury, if it hurts or feels uncomfotable in anyway then yeah it's quite a good idea to get it seen, so you don't make it worse.

It only hurts when I put pressure on it.

could be loose cartalidge or something or just like where the bones are rubbing.

maybe your quad (i think thats what its called, idk) is getting off track

Clicking is usually from nitrogen escaping from your joints where it builds up iirc.

if your in pain go see your GP, you won't get a good diagnosis over the net.

maybe you need to loosen the joint?

Yeah, try 1 and a half years of constant physio, 3 trips to the fracture clinic, 9 x-rays and a CT scan :)

Not just the clicking but my knee as a whole is poor.
